Friday:
2:00-7:00 pm: Race Packet Pickup

Saturday:
6:15 am: Check-In, T-Shirt Pickup & Walk Up Registration
7:30 am: Warm Ups
7:45 am: 1 Mile Run
8:00 am: 5K & 10K

Awards:
In Person:

• Top three male overall and top three female overall in the 5K & 10K Road Race awards will be given.
• 1 Mile Run Awards – Top three overall
• All In-Person Runners will receive a medal when you cross the finish line

Note: The changes in awards given is in order to reduce the need for gathering after the race for a large award ceremony.

Virtual:

• Medals will be given/mailed out to all virtual runners after submitting a completion time
• More information coming soon

Pricing:

Entry Fee for In-Person & Virtual Runners: $25 (if received by 1/21/2021 )
Entry Fee 10 & Under: $15
Phantom Runner Fee: $25
Late Online Registration for In-Person & Virtual Runners: $30 (1/22/2021 to 2/3/2021 at noon)
Mailing Fee: $5 If you are a Virtual Runner or Phantom Runner and are not local, you’ll have the option of paying a $5 mailing fee to have your race packet shipped to you.

Registration:

Online registration is available until noon on Wednesday 2/3/2021. And don’t forget to sponsor a student! Phantom Sponsor Registration will remain active until February 21st. This option is for non-runners who wish to support the race and our student ministry. T-shirts are available for Phantom Runners, but sizes are available for runners first.

Where:

Burnt Hickory Baptist Church, 5145 Due West Road, Powder Springs, GA

Traffic:

There will be slight delays in traffic but no roads are 100% closed. We will be down to one lane right before 8 am. This event is a permitted event and there will be traffic officers throughout the course.

Race Number Pickup:

Race packet & t-shirt pickup beginning Friday from 2:00-7:00 PM on race day. (Subject to change)

The Course:

Begin and end in the parking lot of Burnt Hickory while making a scenic rolling loop on Due West & Burnt Hickory Roads. Whether you’re an avid runner looking to qualify for the Peachtree Road Race, or you’re planning to stroll and chat with friends with a chicken biscuit in hand, this race is for you! Come be a part of this family friendly race!

Timing:

Electronic timing and race results will be provided by a timer using chip readers and race bibs. We will use a “Gun Shot” race start. Results will be available on race day. Finish line photos will be posted after the race. 5K & 10K race times are official qualifiers for the Peachtree Road Race for all who run in person. Virtual runs do not count as qualifier times.
